How does Attassa for Outlook help me back up Outlook email?
Attassa for Outlook allows you to specify the folders in Outlook that you'd like to be securily backed up. An online backup of these folders is created which can then be restored on another computer at any later date simply by installing Attassa for Outlook on that computer.
Unlike other backup products, Attassa for Outlook will continue to backup messages in Outlook as you receive them. Attassa takes care of the work so that once it's installed, you'll never have to worry about your email being lost.
How does Attassa for Outlook help me manage my Outlook quota?
Managing your Exchange quota with Attassa for Outlook is a breeze.
Attassa allows you to simply specify what your quota limit is. As you approach this quota, Attassa will move your oldest messages out of Exchange and into a local folder in Outlook. Without doing anythin, you'll stay under your quota AND be able to keep all of your email. Using Attassa backup, you can also choose to back up these messages that are moved out of Exchange.

How do I get my Outlook email into Attassa for the iPhone?
You’ll need to install All My Mail on your iPhone. Once you've done that, you'll need to install Attassa for Outlook Attassa for Outlook on your computer running Outlook. You can then configure Attassa for Outlook so that any email backed up will be available right from your iPhone. As long as Outlook is running, Attassa for Outlook will publish email to your iPhone.
Security and your Email
How secure is Attassa for Outlook?

All data that is backed up is transmitted over SSL, so it is as secure as transactions with your bank or stock broker. We store copies of the backed up message data but it is fully encrypted with a user-specific key. In either case, your email data is only available to you and can not be accessed by Attassa employees.
Could my email get lost or corrupted by Attassa?
No
Attassa for Outlook never modifies or deletes any message contained in Outlook.

Why doesn’t my email show up immediately on the iPhone after I set up Attassa for Outlook?
It takes a few minutes for Attassa to analyze your email archive before it makes these messages available to you from your iPhone.
After a couple minutes, we usually are able to provide you access to your most recent messages. Depending on the size of your email archive, it might take several hours before your last message is available through All My Mail.
Where can I look to see the status of my Outlook Backup?
At any time, you can check the status of your backup or restore by selecting the Backup status option from the Attassa menu in Outlook.
How long does it take for my email to be backed up or restored?
That mainly depends on a the number of messages you have that need to be backed up or restored. It's fairly typical to expect to upload or download 1 message per second. So a large mailbox containing 10,000 messages shouldn't take more than 3 hours to complete.
I've forgotten my username and password. Can I reset it?
Yes, you can go the the reset password page where you'll be able to reset your Attassa password.
