Why should I use Attassa’s Whole Contacts app on my iPhone?

So you can find any and all information buried in your email in just seconds.

That customer proposal, an old contact’s details, flight reservations, a map to the cabin – they’re all sitting in your email somewhere. Finding this information on your computer can be tough … finding it on your phone can be impossible. With Whole Contacts, finding anything you need becomes a breeze.

How does Whole Contacts help me find information about people?

By showing you all messages, attachments, tweets, Facebook status updates, and contact details for each person in one convenient place.

Let’s say Rod often emails you. Over the years, Rod has sent you hundreds of messages and files. All My mail gives you a place with all of Rod’s messages, files, and contact information, and you can get there in just a few taps. You don’t have to wait until you get back to your computer, sort through thousands of other messages to find what you need, or deal with inputting complex searches on your phone.

How does Whole Contacts help me find messages more easily?

By displaying all your messages, tweets, and status updates in the context of conversations.

As most Gmail users will explain, messages can be scanned quickly within conversations. Whole Contacts groups your messages from all of your accounts into conversations.

All the messages, tweets, and status updates you've ever exchanged with someone are available from one screen in the context of conversations. No longer do you have to slice and dice your inbox trying to find that message from one of your contacts.

How does Whole Contacts help me find attachments?

Much like it does for conversations, Whole Contacts groups all the attachments you’ve exchanged with each contact in one place.

Lets say you're searching for that r equirement document that Rod sent you. Instead of scanning your inbox for the message you think it's included in, simply look at all the attachments Rod has sent you. You'll not only see all the attachments, but you'll also see a preview of the message they were included in.

Can I search my email contacts using Whole Contacts?

Yes, that's a great use of Attassa Whole Contacts.

Whole Contacts knows about all of your email contacts even if you've never added them to your iPhone's contact list or your mail address book.

You can search for a person's first name, last name, or email address. Once you've found them, Whole Contacts allows you to view their contact information where you can email them, phone them, or even add them to your address book if they aren't already there.

Can Whole Contacts give me access to multiple email accounts?

Yes

With Whole Contacts, you'll be able to add as many email accounts as you'd like. Once you've downloaded the app to your iPhone, just click on the Accounts button. From there, you'll be able to configure as many accounts as you'd like.

Email and Device Support

What type of email can I use with Whole Contacts?

Gmail, AOL, Mobile Me, IMAP and Outlook email.

Of course, you can connect other types of email to Outlook or Gmail, and Attassa will include all of it. We’re looking to support Yahoo, Hotmail and Microsoft Exchange services in the near future.

What type of devices does Whole Contacts support?

Whole Contacts is currently only available on the iPhone. We’re working on versions for other smart phone platforms and email environments and look forward to offering these soon.
